Shipwreck C58 + Drift Dive
The C-58 or the General Anaya shipwreck is one of the most popular Cancun scuba diving sites today. The ship was originally named as the USS Harlequin and used as a minesweeper during World War II. In 1980, the Mexican navy decided to intentionally sink this ship for the purpose of creating an artificial reef in Cancun. This wreck is 30 minutes away From our location. In 2005, hurricane Wilma caused the C-58 shipwreck to split into two.
Sleeping Shark Cave + Pailas Reef Dive
Just 30 minutes off the coast of Cancun near Isla Mujeres lies a popular diving destination called Cave of the Sleeping Sharks, which has baffled marine biologists everywhere. Sharks must constantly be in motion in order to breathe through their skins, but in this cave the sharks can use bubbles from underwater springs to breathe, allowing them to “sleep” completely still.
Night Dive
Diving at night in this area it’s completely different from a day dive. You can only see the the underwater life in the Caribbean illuminated by your dive light so this amplifies your senses and your concentration is focused on one small tunnel of light.

Thanks so much guys!!Janet Winbourne12/11/2023We had an amazing (firstish) diving experience with the Squalo team! Thank you so much Roberto, Andrés y Armando🐠 Such a lovely and professional team, we left Isla Mujeres with incredible memories ☀️pauline12/11/2023Great little shop with very experienced staff. Roberto inspired great confidence in the shop/dives, was patient, kind and a pleasure to dive with. Chewy found many wonders on the night dive as well!Tal D'Ancé11/11/2023Jesus and Roberto was super professional, super nice and did everything amazing! Really recommend!!עומר חוגג07/11/2023My friend and I did the open water course with Roberto. He was a great teacher and he has shown us some awesome places. The other staff was very welcoming as well and they let us store our stuff in the store.Audrey Noteboren26/10/2023I don’t do reviews as you can tell, but had to. I’m an expert diver with over 200 dives across the Carribean and Atlantic Ocean. I did a night dive with Roberto and we also did a two tank dive earlier. He was so good that my wife agreed to do a night dive. We did it and man she can’t stop talking about it. We have done cave dives, bull shark dives, deep dives, and I wasn’t expecting to have the adventure that we did. You really should do a day dive with this great shop. If you have any interest in a night dive just do it! It was so incredible seeing the octopi and different creatures that are out. You will see turtles resting on the ocean floor that are absolutely massive! Our gear was washed clean and dried for pick up the next day. The help and instruction was off the charts good and there isn’t a safer operator in the Carribean. The boat has oxygen and the dive protocol was A+. We will come back to Isla to dive with this team again. Thank you!Aaron Roachino23/10/2023This is the best place to go scuba diving!! I’ve visited twice now and both times have been such a blast! The crew is always super friendly and knows their scuba stuff. Roberto is awesome and has become a friend now after visiting the scuba shop twice!!Sophia Guo11/10/2023PERFECT OPERATION, OWNER'S PERFECT GUIDEyuto narita24/09/2023100% recomendable. Jose Vaaliña14/09/2023What an amazing week we had with Squalo Adventures!
